The following guide to funeral pricing is to provide you with an idea of expected costs, however every funeral is individual and we recommend you contact us to get a more accurate tailor-made estimate. Should you have any financial concerns about paying for the funeral then please get in touch so we can guide and assist you within your budget and inform you of the choices available to you, there is always a solution.

(Please be aware that we do not charge anything for our services in relation to the funeral of a child or infant up to and including the age of 17 years)

There are two types of fee's involved in the funeral arrangements, the first being our professional fee's and the second being third party expenses, the charges we pay on your behalf.

Our fee's: (this is a brief outline)
  • All administration of the funeral arrangements, the arrangements interview, liaising with third parties such as crematoria, officiants, cemeteries, H M Coroner, florists etc and designing of all personalised stationery
  • Bringing the deceased into our care within a 40 mile radius of our premises
  • Caring for the deceased within our facilities at all times including dressing and use of the chapel of rest for visits by appointment at a time convenient to you and your family
  • Provision of our hearse on the day of the funeral from our premises to the place of service
  • Four bearers and attendance of the funeral director on the day of the funeral to provide assistance throughout the funeral service and committal
  • Processing of donations and forwarding the collection to your chosen charity on your behalf
  • From £1595 (Plus your choice of coffin or casket)

Direct Funeral

This funeral is exactly what the title states, a direct funeral, meaning direct to committal, no service or attendance of family or mourners at the funeral whatsoever. All our professional services relating to the care of the deceased are not ever compromised but only the following are part of this funeral type:

  • Collection of the deceased to be brought into our care from within a 40 mile radius
  • Care and preparation of the deceased until the funeral date
  • Funeral date and time selected by the funeral director
  • Conveyance of the deceased to the committal venue
  • Provision of a simple coffin

Cremation

Disbursements £915
PLUS THE FOLLOWING:
Crematorium Fee £500

So for example a direct cremation would ultimately cost in total £1497
